Is this enough?
Will creating a calorie deficit between what I eat and what I burn be enough to lose weight?
Been trying to lose weight for a while and simply dieting isn't helping at all.
Also, does anyone have any keto recipes that are simple and easy to make/ any keto snack foods? EVERYTHING has carbs!!
