HCG Numbers, could this mean twins?!!

I became pregnant over a year ago with a blighted ovum. Since then my husband and I have been trying to get pregnant and it wasn’t happening so decided to seek fertility treatment. On Oct. 6th we had our first IUI. On Monday, I tested positive for pregnancy. Monday’s number was 301, Wednesday’s number was 831, and today was 2,552! I was wondering if anyone has any insight on those numbers. Does it seem like the numbers are doing what they are supposed? Also due to the numbers could this mean twins?!! On the day of the

IUI, I had two mature follicles measuring 21 & 22 mm along with some others measuring under 15 mm. We are so happy, that we are finally pregnant again and this time we hope it’s a baby!! Tomorrow I will be 5 weeks!
