Almost passed out

So i was at the grocery store with my boyfriend, I started getting super lightheaded and about ready to pass out, as I was walking, my vision got super crazy and I couldn’t see and stumbled into a shelf and almost fell and passed out. My boyfriend (thank god he was there) had to pick me up and carry me out to the car and I drank some water and blasted the A/C and felt better after that. Am I and the baby ok? I didn’t fall, just stumbled in a small shelf with food
