Why don’t my pregnancies stay?

That is all. Third pregnancy and my numbers are plateauing. 
34 yo, TTC#1 for the past 2 years. 4 iuis (3 successful), 5 rounds of clomid, and now in talks for ivf. Seeing an infertility doc for about 6 months now.

Hey av ad 5 miscarriages in total ad all kinds of testing done and they dont av a clue y I keep loosing, im currently pregnant 4 a 6th time and find out tuesday if this one as managed to stick, we ad jus ad our 1st appointment to go foward with ivf so jus got wait and c, it feels so cruel to get pregnant but not b able to keep it xxx

It’s so hard. I’m sorry you’re going through this. I’ve also been through 3 miscarriages (all natural conception) and I’m asking myself the same thing.
