A*hole Dog owners

I am literally so done with people that walk their dogs off leash and let them charge at my dog. My dog is an 80 pound baby who got mauled and had a 1,000 vet bill. He is now TERRIFIED of off leash dogs and thinks they want to hurt him. A big GSD charged him today and the lady just kept saying “it’s fine he’s friendly” it’s like F U I’m not. If your dog hurt mine you would be liable for negligence and if my dog hurt yours you would be shit out of luck. I may have lost my cool but I’m so sick of this every. Single. Day.
