I’d like to give a shout out to all you ladies who give birth without pain medications. I wanted to... but after 5 hours of active labor... I couldn’t do it anymore. So here I am, feeling much better... 7cm. Doc just broke my water. Husband passed out snoring on the couch. It’s 430am here. He gets up for work at 330. So he had a long day.

All of us giving birth are rock stars. But no meds....
