TTC for a while now, my fiancé finishes inside and all but.. I stood up after 2 hours of laying down and all the sperm came leaning out. Not just clear but actually completely all white came out. I’m thinking none were able to swim, could this possibly mean his aren’t mobile? Male factor infertility?

There’s sperm and then there’s semen. Sperm is the motile microscopic male reproductive cell which is transmitted into the female reproductive system through a process of sexual intercourse. While semen is the seminal fluid that is a whitish and viscous liquid released from the penis. The semen contains the sperm cells and other seminal plasma liquids which ensure viability of the fluid. Every ejaculation contains 2 to 5% volume of semen containing fluids that immerse the sperm cells, sustaining them ensuring motility. So what is leaking out of you isn’t the sperm it’s semen

Mmmm I’m afraid that that is not correct. Sperm swim to where they need to go. Just because you had white stuff leak out means nothing. You need to go to the doctors to get tested for infertility
