Morning sickness without nausea or something else?

Today I have noticed I’ve been having odd throat sensations. Not very noticeable just occasionally my throat will feel like I burned it slightly or something... but tonight while I was finishing my dinner I got the sensation that I was going to throw up..(I never did) I hadn’t been feeling nauseated or anything.. is that morning sickness or something else? Now that sensation has passed and I just feel a lump in my throat..

I get so paranoid that the odd throat sensation comes from ingesting something I’m allergic to or something poisonous... I have not knowingly ingested anything that I don’t normally eat... but I’m all the time paranoid that there will be left over dishwashing liquid on my dishes etc.... can anyone tell me if the throat sensations are a normal part of pregnancy? Does this sound like some thing serious?
