Plan B and MTHFR ???

Can I take the plan B with my blood problem???? I did have the copper iud but it hurt me so I got it took out and I thought I would be a good girl. Well I’m not I started talking to this guy and we been hitting it off and the second time we slept together the condom busted and he pulled out. He was done but he has a lot of pre cum. I know it can be mixed with sperm and that’s what scares me. I looked at the plan B pill and it said it’s a higher dose of BC and hormones and with my blood problem idk if it will work. I’m 21 and In my first year of my career, I still live with the fokes and I know they will help but idk what to do. I had a miscarriage at the beginning of the year and this baby would mean the world to me if I was but we’re not ready and tbh I don’t like the plan B but he wants me to take it and we’re not ready. So please help. If I can take it I probably will get it but if I can’t with my blood problem then I won’t and if we are getting pregnant then I’ll have my rainbow baby. So my main question is...... Can I take the Plan B with MTHFR?
