What can I do with my husband?

I'm married for more than 8 years, we both are 32, and we don't have sex that often, he don't care about sex, but, when I start it, he responds, he want me to start every time, but, I don't like, I want him to start, we fight for same reason every time,

And we cannot have sex for 2 weeks,

That is toooo much for me,

I have toys, but is not the same,

I love him,
