I’m 6 weeks with my second child I was just wondering if it is possible for me to tone myself and stay fit while pregnant? I only gained 30 pounds last time with my daughter but I wanna be overall more fit and toned a least try to be with this one to make delivery easier and the bounce back easier. Any mommas have any tips how to stay fit or some good workout programs/food plans to follow? Thanks! 😊
