Should I be worried? Braxton hicks?

I’m 23 weeks and i’ve been having braxton hicks for a couple weeks now but as of today it’s been more consistent, but not really regular I don’t think.. like it was a couple of hours apart earlier and within the last hour or so it’s been every 10-20 minutes- ish? and i’m having pain in my lower back. No change in discharge and no bleeding or anything. I have noticed that every time it happens it gets a bit harder to breathe, my heart races and I get hot. I’m a FTM, I could be freaking out over nothing, I just honestly don’t know 😅
