acne self esteem

Hello all. I’m posting on here because i don’t know what else to do. I’ve been to doctors and none of the acne medications work. My skin was perfectly clear until the summer of this year. I was wondering if any of you guys had the same kind of acne and what you did to clear it. It’s bringing me down so much, which i know is even worse for stress. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.
