Water in Vag cause yeast Infection?

So I’m 20 and I’ve never really had a yeast infection until recently.. I don’t know what I’m doing differently to make me get one but I didn’t finish the Monistat because my symptoms got better so another one came back maybe a few weeks later so I got someone Monistat to take. But my problem is what is causing it to happen now? I just got a shower head a few months ago and It has different modes on them I switch it to the one i use for my vag because I only use water in the inside. The mode I use the pressure is a little high but nothing unbearable and i use warm water and I just rinse in the vagina hole with the water. Is me putting all of this water in my vagina causing more moisture to give me a yeast infection? Or how do you guys clean the inside of your vagina? Idk if I’m doing this wrong and this is embarrassing but I need to know if I’m doing it wrong or not.
