My mom told me that she was talking to my grandma about how well my relationship is going, and that we’re getting serious. Which is true, my bf means a lot to me.

My grandma then says that I should never get married to him because he “doesn’t have a real job” but meanwhile he’s in the navy! He’s such a hard worker so it’s ridiculous to me that she says this.

She’s always have been negative towards my appearance, career choice and now my relationship. I don’t know why she says these things and still expects me to talk to her and include her in things.
