17 weeks pregnant with baby #4 after being super active before this pregnancy working out 7 days a week and sometimes two a days. Competing is powerlifting meets and prepping for bodybuilding. I stopped lifting and took up hiking till my trainer and husband (also trainer) did their research and found a plan safe for me while pregnant. Today was my first day back at it and it felt amazing. I lost 20lbs in my first trimester do to muscle loss and morning sickness. I killed legs and cardio today it felt amazing. Anyone else still exercising and lifting while pregnant?
