13 weeks and cleared of restrictions

Before I got pregnant, I was working out using my elliptical for 30 minutes 3-5 days a week. Shortly into my pregnancy, my OB restricted me to NO exercise and complete pelvic rest due to a subchorionic hemorrhage.

I had a follow up last Thursday and the SCH has resolved and she lifted my restrictions.

It may also be important to note, that I am 35 and have a history of MC and ectopic (although that’s not the case this time).

Please give me advice for safely returning to an exercise program that will be good for me and my baby.

Is there a target heart rate I need to achieve or stay under?

I have no idea why I didn’t ask while I was there and when I called the nurse wasn’t a lot of help.
