Painful Carpal Tunnel
36+4 and boy are my wrists and hands in so much pain 😩😩😩 I have been using ice, wrapping them up, taking Tylenol, getting massages from the hubby, doing wrist exercises. Everyday it just gets worse. Laying here now in pain exhausted 😩 anybody else get Carpal Tunnel late in the game?
