Bleeding during/after sex?

So, I haven’t had sex or anything in over a year, until last night. I was making out with this guy and he started fingering me, it was good, not painful or anything but afterwards I noticed I was bleeding quite a bit and a little swollen. When I was having regular sex, it would only occasionally happen, but I never thought much of it until now. Is this something I should talk to my doctor about?
