Could I be pregnant?

Having serious amounts of leukoherra - CM that doesn't smell of anything and is a milky, lotiony texture. This is that bad I'm now wearing a pad at night and panty liners through the day. This never happens.

I checked my cervix today, and it's that high that I can't feel it. My boobs are very tender and sensitive to touch, especially the nipples.

I also have really bad nausea, and headaches, and I've also had watery diarrhea today.

Can anyone help me? If you've had the same thing in early pregnancy or just any comments? Thanks for you help ladies!
