Pregnancy symptoms!!

Ok so I just got over a virus 2 days ago. During the last part of the virus I threw up once. The next morning first thing when I woke up I threw up nothing but water twice then ate something around noon and was totally fine. Now today Iv still be nauseous all day but able to eat regular food. Just had two slices of pizza and ran to the bathroom hurling! I never throw up after eating! Could this be a pregnancy symptoms! I’m 5 days late for AF but still getting negative test and now I’m having morning sickness and nausea after I eat.
