Sex? Any one else scared

Anyone else terrified to have sex. I have been cleared from my SCH. I want to have sex but I just can’t bring myself to. I know it’s safe to do now that dr cleared me. We had sex 3 times in almost 14 weeks. And when we do I won’t let him do anything that will make me have an orgasam at all. I’m so scared to and I know it’s crazy to think that but after all our losses my brain isn’t thinking rationally.

Scared because I’ve had bleeding and also have absolutely no desire for it. We haven’t had sex since we conceived.

Yes. We’ve had two losses this year, so it’s been difficult to manage the anxiety and the fears that come with being pregnant after loss. My husband and I both just feel like we wouldn’t be able to relax enough to get any enjoyment from it. We make an effort to spend quality time together in other ways to feel close right now. It’s tough. I miss sex, but I can’t bring myself to feel comfortable with the idea right now. I know it’s safe, and I know it’s even normal for some spotting afterwards, but I think if I went for it and any spotting happened I would immediately panic and be calling my doc and thinking the worst. Only do what you’re comfortable doing, and know that you’re not the only one! 💕

Sex and orgasms do not in anyway cause miscarriages. Like at all. Soooo... give your poor partner some sex! It’ll be good for both of you!

I’m the same... we had a loss in May and the day I started bleeding was the first day we had sex. I know logically sex didn’t cause the miscarriage but I’m still terrified.. I think the further along you get, the more comfortable and safe you will feel x but I understand!

Have you tried having non-penetrating orgasms? This might help you be able to gain a release without the worry

Not scared, but with this pregnancy my nausea is so bad that just THINKING about my husband banging me makes me wanna puke because of all the motion in my head 🤮😂
