Y’all 😩 help! 😷

So I am 16 weeks pregnant now and up until about 2 or 3 weeks ago I have been exercising and running on the treadmill 3-4 times a week and I felt great! Recently I have been soooo nauseous and have been throwing up every single time I try to exercise 🤮 any ideas on how to combat this naturally?? I am not fond of taking medicine so I’m trying to avoid that at all costs (I was on phenergan when I was pregnant with my 1st because I had severe morning sickness from week 8-week 25) I don’t want to give up on my fitness because I am passionate about it but it also feels damn near impossible to complete a workout these days 😭 I thought I was in the clear when I made it out of the 1st trimester without morning sickness but I guess not!
