Help!
I was pretty active up until 4-5 weeks ago i didn’t even know I was pregnant yet I’m currently 7 weeks. I was going to boot camp 3 times a week cycling 2-3 and running whenever I felt like it. For the last month I can barely manage a day where I feel motivated enough to workout. I really don’t want to wait until the second trimester to going back to my regimen. What did you do to stay moving?
