Need higher sperm count before we can do IVF
My husbands sperm count is 3mil, we were just told this morning that we need to get it to 5mil before we can try IVF. The recommendation was to try CoQ10, zinc, FertilAid for that.
Any success stories out there of someone who started that low and was able to get the count high enough via those methods or others?
