Wasting my time?

There’s a guy I’ve been seeing for a month now, I’ve only hung out/been on a date with him 3 times since we met because we’re both busy. Anyway, for the past week or so I’ve been asking him if wanted to make plans and he always tells me he’s busy or he’s working but I’ll see pictures on Facebook of him out being drunk with his friends or him playing video games which really annoys me. Why lie? Just say you have other plans? Anyway, I’ve recently talked to him about it and he says he really likes me and wants to take things slow because he sees potential in us and doesn’t want to ruin things because he’s ruined precious relationships by moving too fast. I agree 100% but how can we take it anywhere when he never wants to hang out?? I’m genuinely so confused about how he thinks our relationship can grow if we don’t hang out. There’s also about a 4 year age gap between us and yesterday he called me “kiddo” and I’m kinda freaking out about it because I’m not sure if he’s saying it as a term of endearment because he also calls me “babe”, “baby”, etc. or if he’s highlighting our age difference. He also never responds to my texts or calls of me simply asking how his days going or anything. I don’t know I feel like I’m wasting my time and I’m kinda getting close to just unfriending him and moving on. I could also be completely freaking out for no reason. What do you think?
