BV again?

I’ve had BV for many years I never got it checked out until my boyfriend broke up with me over it, once I finished taking the medication it went away and now it’s been almost a month and he thinks I have it again. There’s a slight odor but not as strong as before, I know it’s not BV because before the odor would smell so bad and I would get lots of discharge which I don’t get now, it’s only after sex that he notices the smell. He now brought it up again and said that he will not deal with this anymore, this hurts me so much and I hate it!! I tried to stay clean as much as possible, idk what else to do anymore😔
