So I was ghosted ....

This guy I’ve been dating for about 6 1/2 months just ghosted me . No arguments no anything just disappeared. We even kissed and slept together ( no sex ) 4 days before he stopped texting / calling / or video chatting me . Recently he got a tattoo of his ex name who died last year around this time . I think he may be feeling regret for moving on too fast or something. Idk but it’s been boggling my mind because I haven’t felt this way about someone In so long , he was like my bestfriend & my dude in one . It’s going on a week now and I can’t stop thinking about it. Literally every dream is about him , or me calling him . I tried texting no response , calling it just rings . I’m baffled and hurt .... idk what to say . Everytime I close my eyes or do anything I keep thinking about the situation and what possibly could I have done wrong .
