Fat girl needs help

Hi everyone!

I would really appreciate any tips/advice on exercise techniques or workouts to help me get started.

I got a gym membership but I’m worried to go as I don’t know what I’m supposed to be doing!

I’d like to focus on legs/butt, arms, back, and stomach. I carry most of my weight in my stomach area and lower body. I’m not sure what exercises or workout plans I should be doing here at all. I’d like to loose then build muscle/tone as I have a lot of excess fat and feel that would be a better route to take?

If anybody can tell me what I should be doing, what exercises/machines, how many reps etc I would greatly appreciate this as I can barely afford my gym membership (full time student) let alone a trainer.
