Stitches

I am three months PP and can feel what I think are the stitches under my skin. They feel like hard vertical lines. Has anyone else felt that with theirs? Is it normal this long after?

They don’t seem to bother me except it seems like some of them have caused a little bump. Nothing big or bad, but I can feel them when I touch them like the stitch is right under there. Every once in a while it will feel like one is poking me.
