Words of advise, experiences.

Let me try to make a long story short, but give you some background info to help you get a better picture. Nov. 2017, I gave birth to a health baby boy. Only early symptom I had during early pregnancy was a ended up with a minor common cold. In April, I had 3 positive pregnancy test a few days before expected period( no early pregnancy symptoms). While waiting for my dr.appointment I started my period on time. Very hard for me. Currently; had my last period 10/07, ovulated around 10/19, Since apx. 10/22, my breasts have been sore and my back hurts so bad when I get active such as sweeping my floors, carrying my 1yr old all day. And 2 nights in a row last week, I got nauseous when I paid down in bed. These symptoms I have had every day since. My period according to glow was supposed to start today, it usually starts on the day glow predicts and usually comes in the morning almost as soon as I start walking around in the morning. I have yet to start bleeding. Since 10/31 I have taken 2 tests daily and they are all positive. What I’m worried about is calling the dr and scheduling an US, and there not being anything. Is it too early to believe all the positive tests, did this pregnancy stick? Am I getting my hopes up? I need advice🤞👶 has anyone experienced something similar to what I am?
