Tinder roadbump yet again

I’ll make it reallll quick. So I’ve been talking to this guy that I met on tinder for a little over a month. There was a time when we didn’t talk for like 2 weeks maybe 3? Then he hmu again asking me how I was doing to start talking again.

He’s mentioned wanted to meet me but when I bring it up, he’d say yes but he never brings it up again or follows up so it makes me think he doesn’t even though he says he does.

As a person, I like social interaction with a person not just through a screen, so I guess what I’m trying to ask is how do I communicate that I don’t really wanna talk to him anymore without being mean but while still communicating how I am as a person and how I’m tired of snapping everyday.

Ps. I’m 20 and he’s 19
