Is anyone else's 4 month old waking up every 2/3 hours at night to eat??

Question

At about 3 months he got to where he would sleep any where from 5-7 hours but since about 3 1/2 months he's been waking up every 2 sometimes 3 hours and he will eat 2 oz (formula fed) every time. During the day he usually eats 4 oz every 3 hours. He's eating 28-32 oz a day plus he eats 1-2 (2oz) thing of baby food. 
I'm just not sure what to do?? But this mama is exhausted from barely sleeping lol 
Any tips or advice?

YES! We were doing great until 3.5 months and bam up every 2 hours like he’s a newborn again, and hardly naps during the day. 4 months now and still happening . I’m frustrated and exhausted and don’t know what to do to help

Exact thing! Except breast feeding so I don’t know how much she is eating. She was a great sleeper until about 3 weeks ago. Trying to push through!

I was just going to say that it sounds like the 4 month sleep regression. It's common. Their sleep cycles are changing - becoming more like ours, if I remember correctly. Hang in there!

I think this is the 4 month sleep regression. This is my third night in a row. So tired. She's walking up every 2-3 hours
