Did I miscarry or is this just lining/tissue/desidual cast

So I was a week late and I finally got my period around 2pm today. Bright red, cramping. I went to the bathroom before bed to change my tampon. For some reason I couldnt get it in, so I stood up and this fell on the floor....... please help me figure it out. Looking online I see other pics just like this saying it’s a miscarriage, but who know if a doctor told them that or if they’re just assuming.

I am currently going through a miscarriage and this is exactly what  tissue looks like. You could save it and take it to your doctor so they can have it examined and they’ll let you know if it’s a miscarriage.

I also saw a black dot, it’s just odd the red and grey and the size was bigger than a quarter- in the moment i wasn’t thinking miscarriage or I would have investigated more. If you’ve miscarried or experienced this kind of clot please explain to me what’s happening! 😭
