In labor and have explosive diarrhea.
I’m currently at home.. with bad contractions and I have really bad diarrhea like I have to run to the restroom and when I sit it just comes out with lots of pressure..
I’m Afraid at the moment they tell me to push... my but will just explode with diarrhea... any suggestions on what to eat to firm my bowl movements??? Has anyone experienced this before? If so, explain how it went.
