Please help ! Is this a sign of miscarriage??

Yesterday morning I wiped and saw the smallest trace of pink. I also felt mild cramps in and off . I got spooked and called my doctor office who told me not to worry unless I get serious cramps and a period like flow . The rest of the day maybe like 3 more times a very small streak of pink . Today after my nap I wiped and saw this .

I feel like I’m on my period , not painful cramps but thighs are a bit uncomfortable . There is no blood in my underwear and none in toilet . My ultrasound was last Thursday and I saw the baby’s heartbeat but she wanted me to come

Back in 2 weeks to check because it was a bit low she said. So is this normal or a very bad sign . I am 7 weeks

Final update. I miscarried last night. Thank you so much to the women who responded to this post and tried to help me.
