So the company I work for is large in a whole as there’s stores all over the world however each store only has about four or five employees total. Recently one night when I was closing alone we were robbed and let’s just say it was one of the scariest things. Ive talked to my manger and told her how I don’t feel safe closing alone anymore since I knew she wouldn’t completely change my shifts. So she’s going to have someone close with me unless that person ask for the day off or is sick. I’m not saying herself or another employee is favored but if the shoe fits. Anyways I’m 27+5 days pregnant I was going to try to wait until maternity leave which isn’t until mid January. My husband and basically all my family are telling me to quit. I really do want to, but I’m the type of person that feels bad handing in my two weeks. What would you guys do in my situation?
