Been having irregular contractions all day. Didnt think much of it because I figured it was just from being constipated. Plus I had pretty much convinced myself she wasnt coming until Thursday when I'm scheduled to be induced. Tonight I lost my mucus plug, streaked with blood. Still getting contractions, and they're more frequent but still not very regular and not last a minute (average about 35-40 seconds). But this is how labor started with my son. Then 12 hours after my mucus plug, my water broke. So we will see how it goes this time. All I know is i might actually get to meet my little girl before Thursday without an induction and I'm pretty happy about that. Especially since i haven't dilated or anything as of my last appointment at 40 weeks. For now, I'm going to try to get some sleep before things get super real, and then going to jump in the shower. So thankful for my mom being willing to watch my son since my husband evidently cant watch our child so I can rest.
