Lifting and moving furnitures

Is it ok now at 38wks to move furnitures and lift heavy things? I am feeling energetic today and wanted to deep clean our house. I forgot to ask yesterday during my dr appointment.

A little background: I conceived through IVF so I've been very careful throughout this pregnancy.
