First pregnancy, any suggestions on anything?

This is my first pregnancy, I have no family, but an incredible boyfriend who already has the experience with his daughter. I see many people giving birth, and getting help from their family members financially and most have either their moms or aunts come and stay with them for a couple of days after birth. I won't have any of that. Is there anyone else that was sort of.. Alone ? I know I'll be okay, and I know I can do it. But, it really does help when you know you're not the only one going through it.
