Cervix question, TTC

So I checked my cervix a little while ago and it was high, soft but closed... I've had cm similar to ewcm but it's cloudy, not clear. I haven't had a positive opk either.. I am on CD 14 today. Anyone have any idea what a high, soft, closed cervix means?
