Sleep aids?

What is safe sleep aids to take when pregnant ? 
I have one in my bathroom with Diphenhydramine 
What do you take ?

Unisom & Benadryl have the same ingredients. Diphenhydramine. Unless you’ve got the doxylamine one. Yes I’ve seen both.

My doctor says half a unisom tablet. It really works for me. She said I can add a Benadryl as well if needed :)
