I’m intimidated/nervous to be in front of my husband in labor/giving birth.. is this normal?

My husband told me I was pooping as soon as I got the epidural....so yeah. Modesty goes right out the window! Then you have a million people coming in and out fo your room before, during, and after the labor. I can't even tell you how many men and women saw my vagina and boobies after that three day hospital stay 😆 I think my husband was the only person I did feel comfortable around!

I felt the same way. Honestly, in the moment I didn’t think about it one time. Once I went in to have my baby boy, it was all about just that. 
Looking back I was nervous for nothing, with this second pregnancy I haven’t even thought about it yet.

If it makes you feel uncomfortable then ask him to stay by your head and hold your hand. 
I had my hubby with me, it was spe oak because we both created the baby together so it felt right with him being there to support me.

I was pretty modest...I had to poop before I got the epidural and I made him leave the hospital room since you could pretty much hear everything...when you’re pushing I could care less what he saw or who saw...I just wanted that baby OUT!
