Symptoms at 12dpo

I’m currently 12dpo & I’ve been having all of the following symptoms but I got a negative digital test on 10dpo could I still be pregnant? I’m going to test again with a first response dye test in a day or two

Symptoms

- heartburn & indigestion

- slightly nauseous

- needing to pee all the time!!

- sore boobs

- super hungry more often than usual

- fatigue

- skin is getting so much clearer! Almost glowy

- super moody lol

I’ve been ttc for 4 months after a miscarriage so any help is greatly appreciated! Sending baby dust to you all xxx
