Confused 😐🤔

Friday I had this when I wiped this was the only day I had spotting. This morning around 3 AM I had sex and when I went to use the restroom I had a little drop of blood on the toilet paper.. My period isn’t due until the next 6 days. Can someone please help me understand whats going on.
