I’m just so worried

So I’m 30 weeks but my baby is measuring to be 34 and is weighing 5lbs. I just got my results back today from my glucose test and I got a 140, I needed a 130 or below to pass🙁 idk maybe I’m just freaking out but I just feel like something is wrong. He moves around all the time but it just feels so weird. I have a lot of pressure sometimes so much I feel like he could come out. I have to fast for 10 hours and go take the 3 hour glucose test in the morning and see how that one comes back and if i fail it they’ll have to get the high risk doctors involved. Any advice from moms that have gestational diabetes??
