Advice needed!

Here is my long story..please help!

I had an early miscarriage in August. I have had one normal period since then, my period starting on Sept. 26th. I am currently on CD 41. I took a test yesterday and thought I saw the very faintest line but I can’t be sure. I am going to test again tomorrow and hopefully have more answers. Today I just feel terrible. My head hurts, light fever, sore boobs, achy joints, and tiny moments of nausea.

Do you think I am pregnant? Or just sick? Is it normal to have a 41 day cycle after a miscarriage? Please give any advice!
