*REPOST WITH BETTER PIC* Help Please 😩

I had a hard time getting a picture but I think this is the best one I could get!! 😫

My body is confusing the crap out of me . So my body has always been weird . My husband and I have not been using protection and I didn’t have a period last month . I waited cause that’s not entirely rare for me (it’s happened before and never was pregnant) I started lightly having pink-brown spotting November 2nd . I haven’t had any cramping really and there’s still a little blood (TMI. I know I’m so sorry) when I wipe . Not enough to even put a liner on. I took a test this morning and it was very faintly positive. I’ve been nauseous and have really bad heartburn (that only happens when I’m pregnant seriously) my boobs are a little sore and my appetite has been super weird . Is it just implantation bleeding then ? I don’t want it to be negative & I’m crazy and schedule an appointment (I live in a small town my OBGYN has literally delivered all 3 of my kids and that includes the one I had 6 months ago 🙈🤦🏼‍♀️ and he’s a little snobbish and pushes birth control like HARD core . And I just hate it for personal reasons) would y’all recommend waiting it out & taking another test or take the risk and schedule a drs appointment and chance not being pregnant and him being an a** . I just don’t want to be having a miscarriage and not realize it . I donnnnnttt knoooowwwwwww 😩😩😩😩😩 and I’m posting anonymously cause I found there’s people I know personally on here LOL 😝
