Do you ever KNOW you are ready?

Question

I am 26 and my hubby is 28. We have been married almost 3 and a half years. He has a stable career. I kind of do too (they said they would replace me if I go on maternity leave but they can't do that, right?) 
The hubs says he wants kids but wont ever feel ready so I can just stop taking the pill whenever I feel ready. 
I love babies and want them but I dont know if I really am ready. 
Will I ever feel completely ready? Or is it something you just do and love it afterwards?

No one is ever really ready until they become a parent. As long as you’re both in a good place financially and are stable go for it!

Yeah they can’t legally terminate you for being pregnant but they might just make up other Bs reasons.... if you want you could always sue them for wrongful termination if this happens (though financially idk if that’d be worth it) 
I would try to find a diff place that offers maternity leave if you do wanna get pregnant so you don’t have to worry about it. That’s really crappy that your work told you that ://
