Placenta Previa

I just had my 20 week ultrasound and I’m happy that the baby is very active and healthy! During this appointment I was told that I have placenta previa. This is when the placenta is lying really low in the uterus. I workout regularly and love running. He advised against running and anything that would put pressure on the placenta (including being constipated) since we want to avoid any bleeding.

Does anyone else have this? Now I’m scared of exercising and not really sure what workouts I can do.. I think I’ll drive myself crazy if so can’t workout.
